Job Summary
Drive property operations as the strategic business leader, managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Engineering, and Event Management to ensure brand service strategy implementation. Develop and execute operations strategies that maximize financial performance, review budget reports to maintain profit margins, and coach the team on occupancy, rate, and wage management. Tour the building regularly to assess guest experience, conduct annual performance appraisals, hire management talent, and foster employee commitment through open-door policies. Lead the Executive Committee to deliver products that meet target customer needs while ensuring fair treatment and satisfaction across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 8 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
