Job Summary
Lead hotel operations by planning, coordinating, and supervising all departmental results while analyzing weekly financial projections and occupancy-based staffing reports. Drive business strategy by participating in budget development, forecasting meetings, and Business Reviews to increase income, control costs, and resolve deviations. Manage high-performance teams by encouraging Head of Department alignment, promoting staff training, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and union regulations. Analyze customer service complaints, investigate facility maintenance, and lead daily briefings to maintain quality standards and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Hotel Manager/Resident manager
- High level of English
- Able to reside in Berlin, Germany
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a City Hotel
- Previous leadership within a Premium hotel
- University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies)
- International experience
- High geographical flexibility
- Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- German language
- Functional knowledge of all department operations
- Demonstrate ability of Human Resources Management & Talent Development
