Job Summary
Coordinate all operative outlets of Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra to ensure daily profitability, quality assurance, and staff leadership. Substitute the General Manager during absences while acquiring representative tasks and managing department heads. Optimize sales and room rates through promotional activities and yield management, while controlling budgets and cost operations. Implement annual reviews for subordinate departments, initiate corrective actions, and develop projects in collaboration with senior leadership. Monitor technical conditions, safety protocols, and emergency facilities, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements. Lead daily operations across all departments and maintain optimal utilization of the Logis range.
Required Qualifications
- Masters, Bachelor's or similar degree from an accredited college or university with major work in Tourism/Hotel Management
- sound training and education in the international luxury hotel business management
- International experience in comparative positions
- Sound training in various departments in international luxury hotels
- Analytical thinking and very good executive competence
- Ability to motivate and supervise employees
- Administration, Planning and Organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation and Customer service skills
- Budgeting experience
- Team leadership skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
