HOTEL MANAGER IN TRAINING

Job Summary
Conduct daily hotel operations including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services by cross-training with the General Manager and Assistant GM. Interact professionally with guests and staff while supervising hospitality practices and reporting equipment or property issues. Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards, execute emergency procedures for fire, security, and weather events, and assist departments during heavy workloads. Complete all required company and brand-specific training and certifications. Maintain a valid Montana Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Uphold high confidentiality standards for employee, guest, and company information.
Required Qualifications
- proficient in every aspect of Hotel Operations including housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services
- complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications
- demonstrate an understanding of profitability
- maintain a valid Montana Driver's License with acceptable driving record
