Hotel Manager – Full Time (M/F/D)

Job Summary
Lead the strategic direction and operational management of all major divisions at Fairmont Tremblant, including Food & Beverage, Rooms, Engineering, and Security. Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with luxury standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Assume full operational leadership in the absence of the General Manager and act as a trusted representative for stakeholders, guests, and government authorities. Manage direct reports including the Director of Rooms and Executive Chef while overseeing financial performance and fostering a culture of accountability. Requires fluency in French and advanced English, with a minimum of five years of executive-level hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years at Executive Committee level in a large luxury hotel
- Previous experience as Director of Operations in hospitality
- Degree or Bachelor's in hospitality management or a related field
- Fluency in French
- Advanced English
- High level of flexibility and availability
- Willingness for international mobility within 3 to 5 years

- Knowledge of Opera PMS and Silverware systems
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, revenue optimization, labor cost management, forecasting, inventory, expense control)
