Job Summary
Ensure all operations run cost-effectively by improving management systems and monitoring departmental coordination through daily/weekly meetings with heads of department. Implement standard operating procedures during routine checks, manage budgets and expenses, and analyze financial data to monitor sales and profits. Meet with directors to discuss business operations and strategic improvement plans while delivering budget goals and setting long-term targets. Provide timely feedback to direct reports and address guest complaints or inquiries directly. Fluency in English and experience in a 5* hotel environment are required for this role within the F ZEEN Athens retreat.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager/Hotel Manager, ideally in a 5* hotel environment
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality/Tourism or related field will be considered as an asset
