Job Summary
Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, hire and supervise staff, organize and coordinate operations, manage budgets and expenses, develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote hotel services, communicate with customers, resolve maintenance issues, collaborate with vendors and travel planners, conduct inspections, and uphold health and safety standards. Must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused orientation, and the ability to lead by example in a positive, team-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred; proven hotel-management experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in English (additional languages a plus), and knowledge of hospitality industry standards are desired.
