Job Summary
Lead hotel operations and manage a team of Team Members, focusing on performance, development, and retention while role modeling Atlas values. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management through tough conversations to maintain high standards. Ensure guest satisfaction by managing service recovery, interpreting feedback trends, and driving action plans for improvement. Oversee daily audits and evaluations to ensure compliance. Manage property costs against KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Work 20% of the time outside standard Monday–Friday hours to support all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team to success in a fast paced customer facing service environment
- Experience managing costs within your control for your property, in line with personal objectives and KPI's
- Experience of working in an environment with clear frameworks and standard operating procedures
- Leading an operational team with various skills and specialisms
- Experience coaching Team Members to reach their full potential as well as taking on the tough conversations when required
- Hotel Managers must work 20% (8 hours) outside Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, averaged over four weeks
