Job Summary
Hotel Manager for Secret Patio Lisbon overseeing 70+ units within Habyt’s sustainable studio-house concept. Responsible for operational planning and ongoing management, driving occupancy, ADR, profitability, and guest retention; lead front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B collaboration; implement SOPs, sustainability features, and quality control; manage budgets, P&L, and regulatory compliance under Portuguese labour laws; recruit, train, and develop property teams; align operational goals with Habyt performance and masterlease requirements; collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing to optimize distribution and guest experience across a flagship property in Lisbon.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Resident or Building Manager, Operations Manager, or similar in hotels, serviced apartments, or flexible living
- Strong knowledge of operational standards, hospitality laws, and facility management
- Experience with large-scale properties (200+ units preferred)
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Financial literacy and demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibility
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Other languages are welcome
