Job Summary
Oversee and manage all daily property operations, including revenue management, recruiting, training, and customer service to achieve financial targets. Lead and develop the team to ensure profitability, drive performance improvements, and implement strategies aligned with business objectives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests, and the local community while maintaining excellent service standards. Act as a liaison within Darwin to foster community engagement and represent Accor. Manage workforce optimization and productivity enhancement to maximize revenue and balance expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Department or Operational Manager within an accommodation provider environment
- Strong understanding of Hotel Rooms Division Management
- Expertise in overseeing workforce management, including staffing optimization and productivity enhancement
Desired Qualifications
- Past experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting
