Job Summary
Lead the launch and ongoing operations of Raffles Boston as Hotel Manager, driving luxury guest and residential experiences across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Residences, and supporting departments; oversee strategic planning, budgeting, KPI performance, brand stewardship, and cross-department collaboration to meet Forbes/AAA luxury standards and brand benchmarks. Bring 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership, 5+ years in senior roles, and a proven ability to manage multi‐department operations, forecast and control costs, and develop leaders while sustaining a high‐touch, service‐oriented culture. Manage governance, action plans, audits, guest feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold luxury brand integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Rooms, or Director of Food & Beverage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-department operations in luxury hotel or resort settings
- Strong working knowledge of luxury hotel systems, financial and labor reporting
