Job Summary
Diagnose and repair various guest requests while performing quarterly preventative maintenance in each room, major mechanical systems, and other equipment. Oversee general exterior building upkeep, administer the hotel's risk management program, and monitor outside contractors and their associates. Ensure guest security and safety by completing all duties in strict accordance with hotel policies and procedures. This role is critical to providing a safe environment for all guests at the Spring Hill Lithia Springs location.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrate the ability to work independently
- diagnose and repair various requests
- perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guest room
- perform major mechanical maintenance
- perform maintenance on other equipment
- complete general upkeep of the exterior of the building
