Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. Respond promptly to guest room and common area maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs and execute painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks. Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to minimize guest disruption while maintaining accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation. Requires prior experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance, working knowledge of repair systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or commercial building maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
