Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Conduct minor repairs including tightening fixtures, changing light bulbs, and patching walls. Inspect appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture to ensure proper function. Handle hazardous materials safely and report accidents or serious issues immediately. Assist with emergency procedures and carry out additional duties as requested by management. Work 11:00pm to 7:00am every Friday and Saturday. Prior maintenance or engineering experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks and handle repairs independently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to reach overhead
Desired Qualifications
- Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred
