Job Summary
Hotel Maintenance Technician responsible for painting, wall and wallpaper repairs, small patchwork, general construction/repair tasks, and handling small appliances (refrigerators, TVs, vacuums). Performs preventive and emergency maintenance, grounds upkeep, landscaping, snow removal, and furniture/wood refinishing. Requires ability to assess maintenance issues, work with hand and power tools, adapt to varying situations, and collaborate with guests, coworkers, and management to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires aHigh School diploma or GED (preferred) and a valid driving license (preferred); weekend availability is needed. Shift typically 8:00am–4:30pm with potential variation based on occupancy; offers flexible scheduling, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for employee programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, preferred
- A valid driving license, with a clean driving record, is preferred
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply

- Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (shifts vary based on occupancy)
