Job Summary
Perform plumbing repairs, install and repair door hardware and locks, and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Troubleshoot kitchen and laundry equipment, repair broken fixtures, and install tile and floor coverings while maintaining excellent guest relations. Foster positive working relationships across all departments and follow established company policies. Work any assigned shift, including weekends and on-call rotations, while lifting objects up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work any assigned shift/work schedule
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and on-call shifts
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach above shoulders, kneel, twist, and grip items
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk frequently for extended periods
- Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues (e.g., telephone, radio)
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing an average of 25-50 lbs
- Ability to extend arms overhead to perform various technical tasks, and work in confined spaces under varying temperature extremes
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with HVAC and refrigeration
- Technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, pool maintenance, and refrigeration
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, boilers, mechanical systems, and general maintenance practices
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
