Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at LodgeWorks supporting the Chief Engineer with repairs and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces. Duties include basic repair work (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting), inspecting equipment, maintaining safety standards and OSHA compliance, assisting with preventive maintenance and work orders, servicing the hotel pool, ensuring security of inventory and keys, supporting setup and teardown for banquet/meeting rooms, responding to guest questions and emergencies, using two-way radios and office equipment, and performing other assigned tasks to uphold guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- six months related experience in hospitality or a service industry (preferred)
