Job Summary
The PM Hotel Maintenance Technician I at Springhill Suites is responsible for maintaining the hotel's mechanical systems and ensuring a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include performing general and preventative maintenance, keeping accurate records, adhering to safety procedures, and resolving guest issues. Candidates should possess strong mechanical skills, knowledge of HVAC, MEP, refrigeration systems, and be able to troubleshoot equipment. Operating hand and power tools and understanding OSHA standards for chemical use are also required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Basic understanding of HVAC and Refrigeration
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
