Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and complete minor repair orders, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and other items necessary to maintain hotel standards. Inspect electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and electronic locks while executing repairs and programming. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and assist with snow removal during winter months. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures. Full-time position with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, engineering, or facilities experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and winter weather conditions as needed.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
