Job Summary
The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining property assets, assisting the Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and routine inspections. The role requires acting as a team player by meeting guest needs and providing excellent guest service. The position involves assessing property assets, executing engineering SOPs, maintaining a clean work area compliant with regulations, and following hotel emergency procedures. Candidates must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
