Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned locations, including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, carpentry, and building systems. Inspect equipment to identify repair needs, troubleshoot issues, and plan work using blueprints or manuals. Execute routine preventive maintenance programs while adhering to Colwen and brand standards. Respond timely to all work orders, clean facilities, and maintain the building exterior. Assist with housekeeping, shuttle duties, and technical projects as assigned. Requires HVAC and electrical experience; able to work a 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
