Hotel Maintenance Technician

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, and complete and document guest and associate work orders. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems while maintaining and adjusting chemicals. Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances, and handle seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties. Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment regularly. Requires minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience with ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
