Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Oversees and coordinates the hotel maintenance department, directing painting, structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings, as well as basic electrical and plumbing tasks and preventive maintenance. Leads grounds maintenance, general cleaning, and upkeep of hotel buildings, coordinates with other departments, manages inventories and purchases according to guidelines, inspects work for conformance to blueprints and standards, studies production schedules, enforces safety regulations, and motivates staff to meet goals. Responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising 1–8 maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to policies and driving efficiency and teamwork across the maintenance function.
