Job Summary
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate maintenance staff performing structural repairs, painting, electrical/plumbing tasks, and ground care including lawn mowing and waste removal. Direct and train personnel for building cleaning, inventory management, and tool requisition while inspecting completed work against specifications. Analyze production schedules, estimate labor hours, and interpret safety policies to enforce standards and resolve operational problems. Supervise 1-8 employees through interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisals. Confers with other supervisors to align departmental activities and suggests procedural changes to improve efficiency.
