Job Summary
Conduct maintenance and repair of hotel property, outside grounds, and equipment while executing preventive maintenance and asset protection. Drive carts, bobcats, and ice surfacing machines to maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all regulations. Assist guests with room repairs and common area maintenance, responding to requests in a friendly manner. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on routine inspections, capital expenditures, and engineering SOPs. Maintain a current driver's license and possess the ability to lift up to 100 pounds throughout your shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Current and valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- CPO certification
- Appliance repair certification
- Ability to obtain certification based on property needs
