Job Summary
Address guest and staff maintenance concerns promptly while performing routine inspections of equipment, lights, and common areas. Complete daily tasks including minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and furniture repairs. Walk the property and parking lot to check for maintenance needs and cleanliness, and assist with pool area maintenance and housekeeping deep cleaning as needed. Monitor and update maintenance logs to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining positive communication with the front desk, housekeeping, and management teams. Follow company safety and security protocols. Requires minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly. Compensation is $17-$22/hr.
