Hotel Maintenance

Maintains and repairs hotel buildings and grounds, including plumbing and electrical systems, equipment repair, pool sanitation adjustments, landscaping, and parking lot/sidewalk maintenance. Assists with moving furniture, setup and cleanup of banquet/meeting rooms, and collaborates with other departments to address guest service requests. Greets guests and ensures safety and compliance with property policies; performs preventative maintenance and basic repairs to interior walls, trim, and surfaces; performs snow removal and other duties as assigned to support hotel operations. Tasks may involve lifting up to 100 pounds and frequent standing, walking, and manual handling. Kinseth Hotel Corporation (KHC) policies adherence and a focus on guest satisfaction are emphasized.
