Job Summary
Complete routine maintenance tasks, fulfill guest requests for linens and supplies, and maintain the cleanliness of public areas as needed. Perform duties including cleaning internal areas such as storage rooms, parking lots, and guest rooms; repairing plumbing and electrical systems; replacing worn parts on equipment; monitoring swimming pools for proper sanitation; cutting grass and planting flowers; repairing parking lots and sidewalks; operating snow removal equipment; and assisting with banquet room setup and teardown. Work Sunday and Monday, second shift, with flexible scheduling between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., with a minimum four-hour shift required. Follow all KHC policies and procedures regarding dress code, safety, and performance standards.
