Respond to guest requests for room and common area maintenance while driving carts, bobcats, and ice surfacing machines. Execute all engineering SOPs, assess property assets, and drive carts to ensure a clean, safe work area compliant with brand and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on capital expenditures and service solutions, prioritizing assigned duties to meet required work volume. Uphold high-quality service standards and emergency procedures while lifting up to 100 pounds as needed.
