Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems while conducting preventative maintenance to protect the historic integrity of the property. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel standards. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, and assist with special projects, renovations, and inspections as needed. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
