Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at the historic Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel. Perform routine inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and troubleshoot issues while managing preventive maintenance programs to preserve the property's character. Adapt to the unique needs of this century-old landmark by working independently and as part of a team. This role requires open and flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities.
