Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and building systems, including commercial refrigeration, ice machines, air handling units, and HVAC. Complete general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting while responding promptly to guest requests. Follow established schedules and safety procedures, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean work area. This full-time role requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with commercial refrigeration
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Experience with general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to read and follow safety and maintenance instructions
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
