Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for diagnosing and repairing maintenance requests, performing quarterly preventative maintenance in guest rooms, conducting major mechanical inspections, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities also include general upkeep of the building's exterior, administering the hotel's risk management program, and monitoring outside contractors. Ensuring guest security and safety is paramount, and the Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in creating a safe environment for all guests.
