Job Summary
As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and masonry, follow preventative maintenance schedules, maintain logs, replace worn parts, assist with moving furniture and stocking supplies, clean interior and public areas, manage waste and snow removal, service pool/spa areas per regulations, and respond to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism; you must be able to work independently or in teams, maintain attention to detail, and uphold brand standards while supporting multiple departments and contractors.
Required Qualifications
- Specialization in technical crafts (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is preferred.
- Two years of college or vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering or plumbing preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
