Job Summary
Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems. Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep. Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly. Coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations. Perform pool and spa maintenance. Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in building maintenance
