Job Summary
Receives and processes maintenance requests from the front desk and management, completing tasks including guest room cleaning, carpet shampooing, HVAC detailing, minor drywall repairs, and light plumbing fixes. Manages cleanup from unexpected incidents like water leaks, performs landscaping upkeep, and shovels/salts sidewalks during winter. Operates power equipment such as washers and mowers while ensuring supplies are stocked and safety policies are followed. Completes assigned work lists, documents quarterly preventive maintenance, and reports issues beyond scope or customer complaints to supervisors. Works holidays, weekends, and any shift as needed with reliable transportation.

- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
- Physical attendance at the primary work location is required.
Desired Qualifications
- General maintenance and custodial experience preferred.
