Hotel Maintenance Assistant

Hands-on role maintaining hotel facilities as part of the Maintenance Team. Responsible for spotting and fixing maintenance issues in rooms and common areas, performing general repairs and routine preventive maintenance, maintaining plant rooms, repairing guest room facilities, lights, furniture and equipment, recording daily service work, and responding to management requests. Must comply with Health and Safety policies and have knowledge of heating and hot water systems.
