Hotel Laundry

Washes, folds, stores, inventories, and issues or distributes hotel bed and table linen, towels, and uniforms by performing the duties listed. Responsibilities include collecting, counting, and recording items; operating washing and drying processes; using chemicals safely; inspecting items for cleanliness and serviceability; labeling and storing laundered items; conducting inventories; preparing carts or linen trucks for delivery; maintaining a clean linen room; and may include cleaning guestrooms or public areas as specified. Adheres to KHC policies, follows safety procedures, and provides friendly guest service while ensuring security through key-control practices. Requires physical endurance to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks; comfort with housekeeping duties as needed to meet standards.
