Job Summary
Houseman / Maintenance Technician opportunity at a hotel in Lancaster, CA. Core duties include assisting housekeeping with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking; cleaning public spaces, lobbies, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas; assisting with room inspections and guest-ready preparations; responding to guest and housekeeping requests; setting up/breaking down event spaces; performing routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry) and preventative maintenance; reporting safety hazards and equipment issues; maintaining organized storage areas and tools; requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
