Hotel Houseman

Provides miscellaneous hotel customer service functions and property maintenance. Core duties include loading/unloading and delivering guest baggage, delivering messages and supplies to guestrooms, assisting in property security, grounds maintenance (grass cutting, snow shoveling), assisting front desk with guest items and services, aiding in parking lot upkeep, transporting equipment and guests in company vehicles, setting up/cleaning banquet and meeting spaces, and occasional room or public-area cleaning. Must be able to operate a 14-passenger shuttle and meet KHC safety and policy standards.
