Job Summary
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that public areas, meeting rooms, and hotel grounds are clean and well-organized to provide excellent guest service. You will assist the executive housekeeper and front desk as needed, prepare meeting rooms, maintain hotel equipment and supplies, ensure proper labeling and chemical policy adherence, and consistently deliver guest-focused service across shifts that may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- houseman/housekeeping and customer service experience
- strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- U.S. Work Authorization (required)
