Job Summary
Hotel Houseman at Hotel Santa Barbara, responsible for maintaining public areas, meeting rooms, and grounds to hotel standards; assist executive housekeeper and front desk; set up and prepare meeting rooms per function sheets; ensure equipment like carts, vacuums, and A/V gear is properly maintained; follow chemical labeling and policy requirements; deliver exceptional guest service and uphold uniform and grooming policies; flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays; requires high school diploma and prior houseman/housekeeping and customer service experience; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
