Job Summary
As a Hotel Housekeeping Trainer at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, you will develop, write, and facilitate training programs to uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards within the housekeeping department. This role includes monitoring departmental procedures, applying high guest service standards, and supporting Housekeeping leadership with administrative duties. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to connect with new Team Members, enhancing both guest and team member experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Any combination of supervisory or room inspector experience in a hotel environment to equal two years
