Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise and manage Hotel Room Attendants, Laundry Room Attendants, and Housemen while inspecting guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness standards. Distribute keys and assignments, enforce site-inspection systems for room status reporting, and oversee inventory of supplies and equipment. Conduct ongoing training, provide performance feedback, and address guest issues and requests promptly. Plan work schedules to maintain budgetary constraints, communicate with the front desk and facilities regarding maintenance, and assist in cleaning rooms or laundry as needed. Maintain key control, ensure staff adhere to safety and emergency procedures, and display sensitivity to Native American culture within Little Creek Human Resource Policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- HS Diploma and five years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience should be specific to the Hospitality Industry
- Class II Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission
- Must wear proper attire at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and practice safety standards at all times
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training
- Maintain confidentiality
- Display sensitivity to Native American Culture
- Operate within the parameters of the Little Creek Human Resource Policies, Departmental Policies and all other applicable regulations
