Job Summary
Directs hotel housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of property, coordinating with departmental staff to establish standards, plans, and schedules; monitors safety, chemical usage, and cost controls; inspects guestrooms and laundry, maintains MSDS sheets, and communicates with Front Desk to synchronize room inventory and guest satisfaction; supervises 10–30 housekeeping staff, trains and evaluates employees, and makes recommendations for repairs, equipment relocation, and space planning; ensures proper storage of keys, adherence to policies, and scheduling for deep cleaning and inventories.
