Job Summary
Lead hotel housekeeping operations at Sycuan’s casino/resort, providing guidance to staff, training on departmental policies, and conducting visual cleanliness inspections of guest rooms. Responsible for maintaining supplies, inventory, and equipment, while performing cleaning tasks to ensure rooms meet quality standards. Key duties include training staff, monitoring performance, reporting non-compliance, cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, making beds, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and upholding safety and professionalism. Essential skills include knowledge of cleaning chemicals, the ability to follow verbal and written directions, effective communication with team members and guests, and physical capability to stand, push/pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Desirable multilingual ability and supervisory/leadership Aptitude are noted.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of housekeeping and/or custodial experience
