Job Summary
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards while changing linens, replacing towels, and restocking amenities. Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain overall cleanliness throughout the property. Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management promptly and manage the housekeeping cart inventory. Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely manner while following all safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols. This role requires the ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods, with a flexible schedule including weekends. Quality Inn & Suites is located in Plattsburgh, NY.
