HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER

Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to meet Town Pump brand operational standards and time frames. Prepare housekeeping carts at shift start and closing, maintain secure master keys, and update room assignment clipboards with daily sign-outs. Report room conditions to head housekeeper or front desk, perform self-inspections, and assist with cross-departmental tasks like laundry and lobby cleaning. Complete required training, adhere to grooming guidelines, and communicate professionally with guests and staff. Full-time role with 401(K), health insurance, PTO, and education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- knowledge of general housekeeping and recordkeeping
- ability to comprehend oral and written instructions, correspondence, and memos
- maintain a strong work ethic

- comply with Town Pump expectations for confidentiality of guest and company information
- communicate in a courteous, professional manner with teammates, management, and guests
