Job Summary
The Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience. Key duties include preparing rooms for cleaning, making beds, dusting furniture, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and securing rooms. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs., work independently and as part of a team, and manage guest inquiries. A secondary school diploma is preferred, along with previous hotel experience and a professional attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Manage guest calls, requests, & complaints in the area assigned to them
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel-related experience desired
