Job Summary
Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner. Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards, including changing bed linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure rooms are guest ready. Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards. Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

- Must be available to work weekends and holiday
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required
